For monitoring key components of the social policy, the Corporation has developed a computer-based system to ensure online monitoring of employee benefit program implementation, improvement of social expenditure management efficiency and personnel social support targeting.
The unified corporate social policy standards define the types and conditions of corporate social support of personnel, including: voluntary medical insurance (VMI), financial assistance, housing program, non-state pension provision, rest and leisure, and health improvement.

Continuous medical supervision system with the involvement of occupational physicians/occupational health facilities and medical stations at the Corporation’s companies provides paramedical services and specialized medical care to workers, and referral, if required, to treatment at occupational pathology centers and to rehabilitation treatment at Corporation’s health resorts/occupational therapy centers.

Voluntary medical insurance (VMI) Provision of VMI policies to workers offering a wide range of high quality medical services in leading medical facilities in the regions where the Corporation operates.
The housing program offers the following types of corporate support:

Compensation for/subsiding mortgage interest or initial deposit or rental and utility charges for property rented by workers;
interest rate optimization, offering more favorable terms compared with standard bank proposals;
a special preferential mortgage program developed together with NOVIKOMBANK.
Housing problem solution is critical for many workers, this is why the Corporation uses a system approach to the design and development of housing support measures for workers. Thus, the Square Meters of Rostec program is implemented together with its partner bank, Promsvyazbank, and is intended for housing development on preferential terms. The program ensures reduction of apartment cost for workers of the Corporation’s companies by 20-30% compared with the market price. Preferential mortgage is offered for homebuyers.
Corporate support for worker relocation to another region in case of transfer to another job: compensation of expenses incurred for movement of a worker and his/her family members and living arrangements at the new location as well as house rent allowance.
Corporate pension programs (target is at least 40% (total occupational and state pension) of the salary at the time of retirement) consitute the non-state pension accumulation instrument. Depending on the chosen pension program and targets set out by the employer, pension savings can be provided both from co-funding schemes (voluntary employee’s and employer’s contributions) and exclusively from employer’s contributions. The programs may be adapted to different target users and objectives. For engagement and retention of key workers, a co-funding plus pension program is used to provide an increase in the employee’s contributions by a multiplying factor (up to 2.5) depending on the employee’s term of employment and achievements. The Corporation’s non-state pension fund NPF Rostec is the competence center for implementing corporate pension programs.
