Uniting the Rostec's entities into clusters was the first step in implementing the Corporation's Development Strategy-2025. The clusters have become the new form of effective management, which allows them to resolve the collaboration issues between various holdings.
As of today, the State Corporation Rostec has three industrial clusters:
Aviation
The Aviation Cluster manufactures everything, from the heart of an aircraft, its engine, to its eyes, the avionics
Radioelectronics
Manufacturing of electronics, identification and control systems, data security and encryption, business intelligence systems, automated enterprise control system, etc.
Armaments
Design and manufacturing of high-quality armaments and military equipment that exceeds all global counterparts
