AI-based video analytics created by NtechLab, Rostec’s technology partner, has provided assistance in search for more than 5,000 people in the Novosibirsk region during three years of use. There were criminals and missing people among those who have been found, including elderly people and children.
Find Face Multi is used in the region within the Safe City hardware and software complex. The solution is used to detect a missing person or criminal. The algorithm analyzes video streams from street cameras located in mass gathering places, transport infrastructure, city streets and squares, and at public organizations. Recognition accuracy is more than 99.9%, and the system takes fractions of a second to carry out analysis.

Only in 2025, the police was able to caught almost 3,000 criminals using AI, which is 60% greater than in 2024. In addition, more than 130 children were found in the region due to NtechLab’s neural network technologies.
NtechLab’s facial and figure recognition system is used in Russia’s largest cities, including the Krasnodar Krai, Rostov and Samara regions, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, Kabardino-Balkaria and Stavropol Krai.
