High-Precision Systems included in Rostec State Corporation has delivered a new batch of special-purpose vehicles, BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles with additional protection kits, to a public procurement authority.

The additional protection includes enhanced armoring kits, slat armor and quick-detachable anti-drone ‘cope cages’. The vehicles are equipped with the Nakidka caps — thermal and radio signature reduction kits made of a fire-resistant material. This improves survival of the vehicles in combat conditions.

“In March, High-Precision Systems increased the output of fighting vehicles by 10% compared with the first months of this year. The current output of light armored vehicles is in total nearly three times as high as in 2022,” said Bekhan Ozdoev, Industrial Director of the Weapons, Ammunition and Special Chemicals Cluster of Rostec State Corporation.
