Ruselectronics holding is demonstrating an upgraded artillery and mortar battery control system for the first time at the Army-2024. The product dimensions and weight have been reduced and the wire connection has been replaced with a dedicated Wi-Fi data transmission channel upon customer request.

The new product is used for computer-aided control of any Russian or foreign artillery and mortar systems. The system provides full preparation of firing data, calculates firing settings and sends them to the executive personnel. When using the product, the opportunity target servicing time does not exceed 35 seconds.

The product consists of a battery commander’s and gun position officer's software and hardware suite, and a gun commander’s portable artillery system. The upgraded software and hardware suite includes a shockproof tablet and portable radio station, and all equipment is placed in a space-saving case weighing less than 4 kg. The commander’s software and hardware suite calculates firing settings and sends them to the gun commander. The commander’s software and hardware suite is able to control up to eight guns.

Radio stations included in the system are the sixth generation communication means supporting data exchange and voice messaging at a distance up to 6 km. The radio stations are equipped with dedicated removable Wi-Fi modules to provide wireless connection between the devices and tablet included in the system as well as with a laser designator-rangefinder and weather station.
