The 4++ generation multirole fighter is one of the most high-performance combat aircraft in the world

United Aircraft Corporation (included in Rostec State Corporation) has delivered the next batch of the new Su-35S multirole fighters to the Russian Air Force. 

The 4++ generation aircraft underwent the full factory test cycle, were accepted by the maintenance personnel and tested in various operating conditions by the pilots of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. 

“Rostec’s aircraft factories maintain high aircraft production rates under the state defence procurement program. Several batches of the Su-35S fighters have been already delivered to the field this year and this process keeps on going with new aircraft being at the production stage for next deliveries. The Su-35S is one of the most high-performance combat aircraft in the world, it is armed with air-to-air and air-to-surface long-range guided missiles and has an airborne electronic counter measures system and other advanced electronic equipment, which makes the fighter a real terror for the enemy,” said Oleg Evtushenko, Executive Director of Rostec. 

The Su-35S is a transition link to the fifth generation aircraft systems. Propulsion based on new thrust vectoring engines with digital control system allows the flight and maneuvering performance to be improved considerably.
