Rosoboronexport will present the main export models of its aircraft and air defense systems and will also hold talks with existing and potential partners at the Paris Air Show, the international aviation and space salon.
“In Paris, we will present all the key export versions of Russian aircraft and air defense systems. Russia holds a strong position in these areas, which account for more than half of the total exports of arms and military equipment through Rosoboronexport. We intend to expand the geography and the range of our models,” said Sergey Kornev, head of the Department of Special Equipment Export and Military Services and the leader of the Rosoboronexport delegation to the exhibition, according to TASS.

According to specialists, foreign delegations will be very interested in the Su-35 and MiG-29M/M2 fighter jets, the Yak-130 training and combat aircraft, the Be-200 amphibious aircraft, the Il-76MD-90A military-transport aircraft, and the Ka-52, Mi-35M, and Mi-28NE attack helicopters. In terms of air defense missile systems, guests to the forum will learn about the MANPADS Igla-S, Pantsir-S1, Tor-M2E, Buk-M2E, and Antey-2500.
Rosoboronexport will also present all types of aircraft weapons designed to destroy air, ground, and sea targets at various distances. During the exhibition, meetings will take place with existing and prospective partners from the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America. Particular attention will be devoted to negotiations with European partners.

Successful cooperation in recent years has revealed a growing desire for mutual cooperation and joint projects, including in the interests of third countries. At the exhibition, we will discuss the potential for further development of our relations,” said Sergey Kornev.
The international aviation and space salon Paris Air Show will take place at Le Bourget from June 15-21, 2015.
