Kometa-21 system: road traffic situation is under control

«Росэлектроника» разработала многофункциональный комплекс фотовидеофиксации

Photo and video recording of road traffic has been used for a long time. The next step is the integrated transport infrastructure management that requires advanced multifunctional systems. Such equipment is offered by Volzhsky Meteor plant, as part of Ruselectronics holding – this is Kometa-21 combined photo and video recording system. It enables not only to record traffic violations, but to carry out intelligence operations and even to help municipal services.

The system includes a radiolocator that is capable of tracking up to 96 targets, supervising six traffic lanes and detecting offenders both by day and night thanks to IR illumination. Kometa-21 acquires various data such as vehicle speed, location, path, can identify the vehicle make, model, color, and distinguishes vehicles without plate numbers or with illegible plate number.

The system is synchronized with GLONASS, may be used to monitor municipal service activities and to perform intelligence operations, when integrated with police databases. Kometa-21 allows to improve road safety in Russia and is compatible with Safe City and Smart City software and hardware packages.

Pishchal-Pro: anti-drone technology

Ростех продемонстрировал зарубежным заказчикам комплексы борьбы с беспилотниками

Rostec offers a proprietary system for neutralization of drones that constitute a real security hazard – Pishchal-Pro portable system. The system made by Concern Avtomatika – is one of the most lightweight portable devices – it is as light as 3.5 kg. Pishchal-Pro may be used both stationary and on the move. The system is easy-to-use and requires no special training.

Pishchal-Pro is designed for communication link suppression, UAV operation and navigation in five ranges simultaneously. The system may be used for neutralization of UAV-based tactical reconnaissance equipment. Damage range is up to two kilometers within visual line of sight. Due to unique algorithms, the Pishchal-Pro emission is aimed to drones only, without causing any malfunctions in surrounding radiolocation equipment. Therefore, the system may be safely used in airports and other industrial facilities.

Rozysk-Nano: catch within 60 seconds

Ростех разработал уникальный мобильный комплекс для поиска угнанных автомобилей

Appearance of this small device among the equipment used by traffic police officers will make things much harder for car thieves. Ruselectronics holding has developed Russia’s first mobile solution for identification of stolen and wanted vehicles – Rozysk-Nano.

A device resembling a car video recorder is installed in a traffic police car and a tablet with special software integrated with Pautina intelligence database is connected to the device. The device may be used in motion and recognizes plate numbers at a distance from 100 to 150 meters. Then the table computer immediately processes the data and checks it with the database. When the vehicle is found to be subject to an arrest warrant, the traffic police crew receives an alarm. Due to the fact that Rozysk-Nano is remotely operated, police officers can promptly respond to the situation and stop the offender.

Protected router: no to hackers

Ростех представил на выставке «Госзаказ» роутер с защитой от хакеров

IT equipment imports phaseout is one of the most critical challenges for our country. RPC Istok named after Shokin (Ruselectronics holding) is directly focused on this issue and shows routers for secured networking at Interpolitex-2022. On the one hand, such devices reduce dependence on foreign equipment, and on the other hand, ensures cyber security of companies and organizations.

Istok’s solution is based on Russian Baikal BE-T1000 processors and Russian software. The routers have a modular structure, i.e. they can adapt to the customer needs. The devices are furnished with PoE ports through which data transfer and power supply are provided simultaneously.
