The United Engine Corporation is to supply GPA-25 gas compressor units for Gryazovets — Slavyanskaya CS and Bovanenkovo – Ukhta Northern Gas Transmission Corridor segments. Seventeen 25MW gas compressor unit packages will be manufactured and delivered to the customer in 2022-2023.

Moreover, the quality of our products does not depend on any foreign suppliers – we have phased out imports of all required assemblies and units. GPA-25 is an example of high gas turbine technology that has been already well proven and is always appreciated by the customers due to its reliability and performance,” said Vladimir Artyakov, First Deputy CEO of Rostec State Corporation.

The equipment will be supplied to the Northern Gas Transmission Corridor facilities by UEC-Engineering that serves as UES’s single point of contact for the surface equipment customers.

“The United Engine Corporation makes full use of its manufacturing capabilities to output commercial products. Implementation of the corporate energy and industrial programs – is the priority business area that facilitates a solution of the important national problem of ensuring reliable operation of the Russian gas transmission system. In 2022-2023, we will continue to supply the equipment for Gazprom’s gas transmission projects and will deliver 17 gas compressor units for Nord Stream,” said Andrey Vorobiev, General Director of UEC Engineering OJSC.
