Ruselectronics Launched Production of Smart House Systems

The Ruselectronics holding company launched commercial production of equipment of the Smart House category. It is a system of alarms ensuring protection of residential and non-residential premises against intrusion, as well as remote control of water supply, heating and electric power supply systems.

The basic configuration of equipment includes motion detectors and video surveillance cameras detecting any intrusion. Building owners can also safeguard themselves against accidents by supplementing the system with smoke, air pollution and water leakage detectors. There is also a forced shutdown equipment installed in the utilities systems.

All indoor equipment will be connected to a master controller that accumulates information on the status of detectors and sensors. Whenever an accident occurs, the controller generates an alarm signal transmitted as a short message via a special application to the owner's mobile device, or as a MMS for photo and video files. The user can send a command to the controller to remotely shut down the respective water supply, heating or electric power supply system.

Today, the developers work on equipping the utilities safety system with a 3G-channel to allow the users monitor the premises in online mode.
