Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies (KRET) included in Rostec State Corporation has first presented the Saturn family of unmanned platforms at Drone Expo-2026 International Exhibition in Kazan. The Saturn-30 general-purpose drone and the Saturn-10 small drone with an optical-electronic system are equipped with intelligent avionics: unaided navigation and control systems based on computer vision and AI. The new products can fulfill a wide range of civilian tasks and are currently undergoing the flight test.

Both drones are fitted with motors and can be used for testing future aircraft systems, and for a wide range of applications: from terrain monitoring and cargo delivery to search and rescue operations.

The Saturn-30 with a weight of 30 kg can stay airborne for an hour. The drone can gain a speed up to 180 km/h and fly at an altitude up to 3000 meters. The vehicle is designed to accomplish civilian and special operations. It can be involved in monitoring and delivery of cargo up to 7 kg.

The Saturn-10 has a weight of 10 kg and a flight duration up to 30 minutes. Due to the built-in optical-electronic system, the drone can be used for monitoring and search purposes. It detects, recognizes and tracks objects on its own, and sends necessary information to the operator.

Drone Expo-2026 is held on 8-10 July 2026 at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event encompasses more than 230 companies from Russia and foreign countries, being one of the largest industrial platforms in the field of unmanned aerial systems.
