Ruselectronics holding has developed a family of high-stability crystal-controlled oscillators. The products will be used to substitute American and German components as part of computers, radio stations, and GLONASS-GPS receivers. Commercial production of these electronic components is currently being set up.
The crystal-controlled oscillator is used to synchronize various hardware process nodes. It is actually the “heart” of digital electronics because its signal ensures stable operation of the whole equipment. The new product family includes temperature-compensated crystal-controlled oscillators and crystal-controlled clocks.
Temperature-compensated oscillators provide stable and accurate reference frequency at operating temperatures from −40°C to +85°C. The devices are surface-mount and have dimensions of 3.2mm×2.5mm. The products have high mechanical strength and, thus, may be widely used in various mobile and stationary applications.
Three versions of crystal-controlled clocks in various sizes have been also developed. The devices are designed for clock signal stabilization in all types of digital electronics.
