Russian Helicopters holding demonstrated a new Mi-171А3 Aurus version, Mi-38 utility helicopter, upgraded Ansat and Ansat ambulance and police versions to the BRICS summit participants. The 16th BRICS summit was held on 22–24 October in Kazan. Since 2024, Egypt, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia have joined Russia, Brazil, India, China and South Africa.

The Mi-171А3 Aurus configuration is designed for business flights. This helicopter version can carry up to ten passengers, its cabin includes everything necessary to ensure comfortable flight. It has unique transportation capabilities in its class: the maximum takeoff weight of the helicopter is 13 000 kg, the flight range with main fuel tanks is more than 850 km. The rotorcraft may be operated in a wide range of climatic conditions, including the Arctic Region.

The Mi-38 is a modern utility heavy helicopter. Depending on equipment, the helicopter may serve as aircraft No.1 in the presidential aircraft fleet and also carry cargo and passengers and perform rescue operations. The Mi-38 passenger version accommodates the largest number of passengers in its class — up to 30 seats in the cabin.

Two Ansat light utility helicopters were also demonstrated in Kazan. One of them is the air ambulance. The Ansat features high maneuverability, may land even in restrained urban conditions and pick up patients almost from anywhere. Another utility helicopter was shown in its police version.
