Extraordinary general meeting of the AVTOVAZ shareholders was held in Togliatti, February, 12 2013. At the meeting Board of Directors was reelected.
At the previous meeting Sergey Chemezov became the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Carlos Ghosn was elected as a deputy Chairman.
The Board of Directors membership was expanded from 12 to 15 people. Some of the old members remained:
