Rostec state corporation and Dynamika the group of companies intend to combine assets and to create the largest national company in the area of design and manufacture of aviation aggregates. Relevant initiative was approved by the Managing board of the state corporation and in the near future will be proposed for consideration of the Supervisory board of the state corporation, as well as the Government of Russia.
It is planned that the new structure will unit more than 50 scientific and industrial organizations fulfilling design , manufacture and maintenance operations of aircraft and helicopters aggregates, avionics special software, flight simulators, unmanned aerial systems. The company will be created on the basis of companies of Technodinamika holding company (belongs to Rostec state corporation) and Dynamika the group of companies which serves as a strategic investor.
Among the priorities of the united company is entry to the foreign market as supplier of critical items for aeronautical equipment leading manufacturers and gaining the position in top-5 of global leaders of the industry.
«Public-private partnership, which we develop in the key industry segments, allows us to achieve at an accelerated pace goals set by the state. With regard to aviation industry, we expect within the short time frame to broaden the list of produced aerial systems and accessory parts, to implement import substitution for the benefit of the national aircraft industry and to enter to the international market with the new products. Such scenario is included in our development strategy, and we bring it to life progressively», said Sergey Chemezov, the head of Rostec.
