Rostec has Launched Commercial Production of Drone Control Modules

Ruselectronics holding has started production of a range of electronic and electrical modules for unmanned system control. The devices are designed to be used together with light drones and ground, underwater and surface vehicles.

At this point, commercial production of high-precision navigation modules have been set up, a motor controller pilot batch has been manufactured, a flight module and a compact motor controller version are being developed and prepared for manufacturing.

The built-in high-precision navigation module includes a multisystem GPS, GLONASS and Galileo signal receiver. In addition, the equipment includes a high-precision barometric altimeter and three-axis temperature-compensated compass. They serve as stand-by sensors and ensure equipment operation in noise conditions.

The module is designed to be used on drones with payload weight from 2 kg. The device ensures high satellite signal receipt quality. The module supports several standard data transfer protocols and DroneCAN protocol to ensure compatibility with advanced autopilot software such as PX4 and Ardupilot.
