Rostec State Corporation will demonstrate more than 50 advanced civilian solutions at Innoprom-2025, an international industrial exhibition. A solid oxide fuel cell power plant prototype is among the key premieres. It generates electricity by means of electrochemical fuel conversion, rather than fuel combustion. This offers high efficiency (up to 50%) and minimized environmental discharge.
The equipment developed by United Engine Corporation is designed to supply power to remote communities and industrial facilities. The plant uses natural gas, but can be adapted to other types of fuel. Electricity generation doesn’t require fuel combustion, but increases independence and reliability of generation. The first prototypes have a power of 2.5 kW, but in future UEC plans to develop plants with a power from 20 kW to 400 kW. This will form the basis of a low-power equipment family.
Besides UEC, other Rostec’s leading manufacturers participate in Innoprom. In particular, KRET will showcase the BKM-2812 and BKM-3115 brushless motors. These motors are designed for industrial and mechanical engineering applications, for example, in robotics and aircraft. They have compact sizes and high power (up to 1005 W). Due to low weight and electric power supply flexibility, the motors are suitable for a wide variety of tasks.
High-Precision Systems will demonstrate an air space control system that can detect and track various drones. Depending on radar location, the system provides sector or circular scanning and may be installed on any unprepared sites.
Uralvagonzavod will demonstrate advanced railway cars, fully automated waste sorting plant, domestically made machines and an EV charging station. Moreover, Rostec’s stand will showcase: a general-purpose robotic system for loading CNC turning and milling machines made by RT-Techpriemka, Shvabe’s Reanimon neonatal respiratory support system and other solutions.
Innoprom, an international industrial exhibition, will be held on 7 - 10 July 2025 in Yekaterinburg. The main topic of the exhibition this year will be achieving technological leadership and facilitating industrial breakthrough.
