Shvabe Sent Another Batch of Sights to Poland

The Shvabe Holding Company, a member of the Rostec State Corporation, has exported to Poland collimating and optical sights of Pilat brand manufactured by Vologda Optical and Mechanical Plant (VOMZ). It is already a tenth batch of sighting equipment delivered to Polish partners during this year.

As part of the partnership relations that have been established in 2014 the Shvabe Holding Company has supplied to Warsaw collimating and optical sights, including night sights, as well as brackets and lenses. The products are designed for hunting and shooting sports. They will be offered by an official distributor in specialised stores of the capital and other cities of Poland.

"Our sighting equipment is in high demand among hunters of the region. Today, about 50% of hunting equipment exported to EU falls on Poland. In the recent years the volumes of export to Poland steadily grow, so we can expect a future growth of sales volume in the Polish market", noted General Director of VOMZ Vasily Morozov.

The Vologda Plant is one of the leading manufacturers of sighting equipment among Shvabe members. The diversified machine-building enterprise also manufactures other optics and electronics for civil use, complex electro-optical equipment and thermal imaging devices. Every year the plant's products are exhibited at Russian and international exhibitions and exported to 21 countries.
